Do you only use original replacement parts?
Original parts are preferred and the first go to, however if original parts are not available Generic brand can be used.
How long will it take you to repair my items?
Depending on the issues, can take minimum of 3 days.
Day 1 - Diagnostic (Includes: Researching issue, Bench-marking, Finding solution)
Day 2 - Fix issue (Ordering parts can be 3 to 10 business days)
Day 3 - Benchmark Testing (testing stability of system and hardware)
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, All Major Credit Cards, checks, PayPal
*Diagnostics fee has to be paid in upfront online or in person
*Once diagnosed you will be notified and have to agree to fee and parts if any, then you will be charged once work is completed.
